Thinking of geting to get in on that $750 off $1500 Dell Deminsion coupon code which kicks in at 8 am. The computer I am looking at has got a Geforce 6800, so i'll finally be able to play games that have been made within that last 2 years.
Assuming the coupon code works on the configuration I chose. :? |

assuming you can load dell.com and configure something you want before the coupon code runs out.
Last time, I couldn't.

Ordered this Deminsion 8400 Desktop
P4 HT 3GHZ 800 MHZ Bus/1 GIG of ram/256 Meg GeForce 6800/160 SATA Native Command HD/Audigy Z2 5.1/16X Dual layer burner. Plus a Analog 17" LCD which I am selling to my bro (already have a nice LCD). Plus a crappy, rebadged looking Lexmark which I may beat with a stick. I get $100 for the LCD from my bro, might sell the printer (if I can), plus other various discounts - it'll be near $600 for the final cost! The 1 gig of ram was actually cheaper today then what it would cost from crucial (normally getting the 256 meg module and getting crucial ram was cheaper). The burner, LCD and printer upgrade was free! I've been pricing similar computers at Dell and couldn't beat this price for those features, plus I get to sell the extras off that I don't need and bring the price down even more. I also couldn't build one for anywhere near this price with those parts. I so needed and upgrade. I'm on a P4 1.4 right now :? |
