Shopping is done!
Well, except for my little brother. Not sure what he's getting yet. It's looking like a gift card from Hollister/Abercrombie/Sports Authority.

Got my dad the John Wayne collection, mom's getting Henckels knives and a Prada wallet, sis is getting a Kate Spade handbag (I may pick up a VS gift card to go with it..), hubby is getting a 250GB SATA hard drive ($59.99 AR!), and Nic got Calphalon cookware.

All I need to do now is take back the first hard drive that I bought - the 200GB that was $99 AR last week, and pick up groceries for Christmas Eve dinner. We're having beef wellington.

I just decided last night what we were having. It's kinda been tradition to have lasagna, but I don't really want lasagna this year. Probably because I've been cooking much more than usual this year, plus I want to use my new cookware.
I found the beef wellington recipe in Rachael Ray's book, and I think I'm going to serve a spinach salad, asparagus, and kahlua cake with it.

Sounds yummy. We end up doing lasagna and spiral ham. Stuff that's easy to serve all day to lots of people (and keep warm in the chafing dishes).

I put a huge dent in my shopping today, but of course forgot my list, so I winged it. Now to pull up my Christmas spreadsheet to see who I missed.

That's exactly what I wanted to have, but several people said "ham AND lasagna???" Sooo...we're going with ham and some side dishes.
