Price Mistake on Power Bars and Balance Bars

Was surfing Amazon and found these gems...

Performance Energy Bar - Wild Berry, 12 Units / 2.3 oz - $1.49
Balance "Gold" Bar - Rocky Road, 15 Units - $1.49/ 1.7 oz

Obvious price mistake, as the alternate seller on the Balance Bars wants $22.28.

I ordered 7 'boxes' the other day of a different kind of these bars from the same vendor. The boxes I ordered were 59 cents each, so with 7 and shipping it was almost $10 even.

Soon after ordering I got an email from the vendor grocery store place saying that it was a price mistake and they cancelled the order and if I wanted them anyways (at a more expensive price) to let them know. Very, very nice people.

So replied and said no thanks, but I already had a tracking number. So got it by UPS and check the credit card. I was charged! So emailed again (very nice email, I didn't outrage) and they appologized and credited me back the full amount and told me to keep my 7 candy bars!

So, if you want to take the chance, the worst case would be some inconvienience to you! With the Amazon A to Z guarantee, you are safe, just say you received the wrong item...

Thanks for the feedback Dutch. Funny that they did not correct it yet on the site. Kudos for them and you for handling it so professionally and not throwing a tantrum like many people do. :salute:
