This is good through January 6, 2007, and only open to US residents.
The questionnaire may appear to go in circles and ask you the same questions over & over & over again... stay with it! Eventually you'll get to the end. Then they'll send you an email confirming whether or not you're "eligible" to receive a free Senseo. If you are, you should receive it in about 4 weeks or so, from what I've heard from those who have received them.
